How Sublimation Printing Works
We print your design onto special paper, then press it onto the mug with heat. The ink turns into a gas and bonds into the mug’s coating, so the design becomes part of the surface.

- Resolution: 300 DPI at print size. A small logo enlarged to fill the mug will look soft.
- Best file types: PNG with a transparent background, JPG, PDF or AI.
- Leave space at the handle. Keep important parts of your design away from both sides of the handle.
- Colors: sublimation colors can shift slightly from what you see on screen, especially neon and deep navy shades.
- Photos: use the original photo, not a screenshot or a WhatsApp copy, because those are compressed.
- Accepted files: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF up to 32 MB.
