Add 3 mm bleed on all sides. Do not include crop or registration marks.
Keep text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim edge.
Convert text to outlines. Minimum 7 pt font size.
Booklets: supply a multi-page PDF with the page count in multiples of 4.
