Measure before you order. The 90 × 120 cm set is nearly 3 metres wide, so check the wall and the doorway it has to come through. As a guide, the set should cover about two thirds of the furniture below it. Above a 240 cm majlis sofa, the 60 × 80 cm set (about 190 cm wide) is a good fit.

Choosing the Right Photo for Three Panels
A triptych has two split lines, one at each third of the photo. That changes which photos work.
Photos that work well:
- Panoramas and wide landscapes
- Skylines and seascapes, with the horizon running across all three panels
- Group photos with people spread evenly, and nobody standing on a split line
- Arabic calligraphy designed as three parts, or one long verse across the set
- Abstract art, textures and patterns
Photos to avoid:
- A single close-up face. It would be cut into three.
- Important text or a logo sitting on the one-third or two-thirds line
- Tall, narrow photos, which lose most of their height when stretched across three panels
Tip: put your main subject in the centre panel. It’s where people look first.
