Ran out of business cards the day before a big meeting? Starting a new job on Sunday? Flying in for a trade show at DECC and just realised your cards are still in a box at home? It happens to everyone, and in Doha you don’t have to wait a week to fix it.
Prismat offers same day business card printing in Doha. Order before 12:00 PM and your cards arrive the same evening. If you need them even faster, our quick delivery service gets printed cards to you within 2 to 3 hours of ordering.
This guide explains how same-day printing works, what it costs, and how to prepare your artwork so nothing slows your order down.
How Same Day Business Card Printing Works at Prismat
There are three delivery speeds when you order business cards from Prismat. Pick the one that fits your deadline:
| Delivery option | When you get your cards | Extra cost | How to qualify |
| Quick delivery | Within 2–3 hours of ordering | + QAR 50 | Order between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday |
| Same day delivery | Same day, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM | + QAR 30 | Order before 12:00 PM |
| Standard delivery | 2–3 working days after artwork approval | Included | Any time |
Quick and same-day delivery are available within our selected delivery locations. You’ll see the options at checkout.
One important rule: for quick and same-day orders, your artwork must be print-ready when you order. That means a finished file you upload, or a design you complete yourself in our Design Online tool. Our design service (+ QAR 40) can’t be combined with quick or same-day delivery, because design and approval take time. If you need us to design your card, choose standard delivery and you’ll have it in 2–3 working days.
How Much Does Same Day Business Card Printing Cost?
Here are our current business card prices. Add QAR 30 for same-day delivery or QAR 50 for quick delivery.
| Paper | 100 cards | 250 cards | 500 cards |
| Art Glossy | QAR 80 | QAR 120 | QAR 180 |
| Art Matte | QAR 80 | QAR 120 | QAR 180 |
| Ivory | QAR 110 | QAR 180 | QAR 250 |
| Linen | QAR 110 | QAR 180 | QAR 250 |
| Ice Gold | QAR 125 | QAR 200 | QAR 300 |
Example: 100 Art Matte cards with same-day delivery cost QAR 80 + QAR 30 = QAR 110, delivered the same evening. 250 Art Glossy cards with quick delivery cost QAR 120 + QAR 50 = QAR 170, in your hands within 2–3 hours.
Larger packs work out much cheaper per card. 500 Art Glossy cards cost QAR 0.36 each, compared with QAR 0.80 each for a pack of 100. If you hand out cards often, the 500 pack is the best value.
You can also add glossy or matte lamination and choose square or rounded corners when you order.
Which Paper Should You Choose?
The paper says a lot about your brand before anyone reads your name.
- Art Matte: smooth, modern and easy to write on. A safe choice for most professionals, from consultants to engineers.
- Art Glossy: shiny, with rich, vivid colours. Great for designs with photos or bright brand colours, such as real estate, restaurants and salons.
- Ivory: a soft off-white with a classic, premium feel. Popular with law firms, clinics and corporate offices.
- Linen: has a subtle woven texture you can feel. It makes a card memorable for architects, designers and luxury brands.
- Ice Gold: a shimmering metallic finish that stands out instantly. Perfect for events, jewellery, beauty and hospitality brands.
Not sure? Art Matte is the most versatile, and it’s one of the two lowest-priced papers.
Get Your Artwork Print-Ready (So Nothing Delays Your Order)
Most delays in urgent printing come from artwork problems, not printing. Follow these rules and your order can go straight to the press:
- Use PDF if you can. High-resolution JPG and PNG files are also accepted (up to 32 MB).
- CMYK colour mode, at least 300 DPI. RGB files made for screens can print with duller colours.
- Add 3 mm bleed on every side. Extend your background colour or image 3 mm past the edge of the card, so there are no white lines after cutting.
- Keep text and logos at least 3 mm inside the edge. Anything closer risks being trimmed off.
- Don’t add crop marks or registration marks.
- Check every detail twice: phone number with +974, email address, job title and spelling. A typo is the one thing we can’t fix after printing.
Don’t have a designer? Use Design Online on the business cards product page to create your card in the browser. Designs made there count as print-ready, so they qualify for quick and same-day delivery.

When Do People in Qatar Need Same-Day Business Cards?
We get requests for same day business card printing every day. The most common reasons are:
- Exhibitions and conferences at DECC, QNCC and hotel venues, especially when extra staff join at the last minute. See our exhibition printing checklist.
- New starters and promotions: a new job title needs new cards before the first client meeting.
- Business trips and visiting executives who arrive in Doha without cards.
- Company rebrands or a new phone number or office address.
- Business launches, when the CR is ready and the first networking event is tomorrow.
