1.1. Custom-made Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on items that have been custom-made to your specifications. This includes products that have been printed, engraved, or otherwise customized based on your design or input.

We take great care to ensure that our products meet high-quality standards, but in the rare instance that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, we want to make things right.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects or damage at the time of delivery, please bring it to the attention of our delivery personnel. They will assist you in initiating a return process for the affected item(s) right then and there.

Please note that we only accept return requests for damaged or defective products at the time of delivery. We kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt to ensure that it meets your expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests for any other reasons once the delivery has been accepted.
